This five part series will meet on Thursdays, starting
January 14, 2010 and run through February 11. Evenings start at 6pm with
a half-hour of meditation, followed by the video and discussion. We will end around
8 pm. The class is appropriate for beginning as well as experienced meditators. Donations are welcome. For
