The retreat will give instruction on how to develop confidence and trust in ourselves; confidence that we can be open and present in normal circumstances and in difficult times; trust that this natural awareness is present in everyone.

Friday, November 22:   7:00-9:00 pm
Saturday, November 23: 9:00 am - 4:15 pm
Sunday, November 24: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Cost:  $50, including lunch on Saturday and Sunday and closing reception on Sunday.
