The St. Johnsbury Shambhala Center Presents

Through the practice of meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.
Shambhala Training is a series of contemplative workshops, suited for both beginning and experienced meditators. The simple and profound technique of mindfulness and awareness is the basis of a secular path of meditation, which can benefit people of any spiritual tradition and way of life.
Schedule: Saturday, 1/14, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sunday, 1/15 8:30 – 1pm. Morning coffee and refreshments are offered both days; Lunch is provided on Saturday. The program ends with a reception on Sunday.
Acharya Greenleaf lives in West Barnet, Vermont. He has been a member of the sangha established by Trungpa Rinpoche since 1974. He is a member of Karmê Chöling's teaching faculty and sits on its Board of Trustees.
